7. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our legal basis for collecting and processing anonymous data is your consent, which you provide by using the App or Website. For users aged 16 and older in GDPR regions, ad personalization is also based on your consent.
You may manage or withdraw your consent for personalized ads at any time through your device settings or by choosing non-personalized ads. You may also limit ad tracking or request your advertising ID via your device's privacy settings.
To stop all anonymous data collection, users in the EU or other applicable jurisdictions may uninstall the App or cease using the Website.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request information about the collection and use of your personal data. Since we do not collect personal information, sell data, or track individual users, these rights generally do not apply.

We implement industry-standard security measures through our third-party providers to safeguard all anonymous data collected. These include encryption in transit and secure storage via Firebase and Cloudflare platforms.
However, no system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Anonymous data collected for bug reporting and app usage is retained only as long as necessary to resolve issues and improve the App, typically no longer than 12 months.
